Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fire protection system projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. This role requires coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to code.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of fire protection projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

• Coordinate with general contractors, property managers, engineers, and inspectors

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national fire codes and safety regulations

• Oversee installation crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress and quality control

• Prepare project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear communication and timely updates

• Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track
   

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in fire protection, construction, or related field

• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, suppression systems) and NFPA codes

• Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and teams successfully

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• NICET certification (preferred but not required)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
